Improvements in Al-Qur'an Letter Reading for Children with Minor Mental Disabilities Using the Bil Hikmah Methods

Al-Qur'an is primary literacy for Muslims, including elementary age children. Likewise, mentally retarded children the ability to read Koran still leaves its own problems. This study aims describe efforts improve letters of Qur'an with mild mental retardation through bil hikmah method. The setting this research was in Class VII C Batubara State SLB, where class there were three initials MRF, ZM and K different characteristics. will be conducted using classroom action methods. collaboration teachers. 2 cycles. Each cycle starts from stages planning, implementing actions, observing reflecting. results are described narrative graphical form process improvement II. In first obtained MRF 65% 60% second 85%. shows that Hikmah method effectively used Al-Quran retardation.
